Clients can also privately retain our firm to handle most any case in Miami County including family law, custody, paternity, grandparents rights, adoptionS, protection from abuse applications, and other civil litigation.

Ms. Hartley represents the City of Parker, Kansas, as of June 2023 as city prosecutor and as legal counsel to the City Council. Ms. Hartley serves as the municipal Judge for the City of Fontan, Kansas, as of June 2021. Cases heard by the municipal Judge are limited in nature and any such complaint will be noticed by the City of Fontana clerk.
